Henrik Bonnerup -5:34:10. Good result for Henrik. Swim was a bit chaos with all the crowed but could finally set his own pace and did good time. Bike was perhaps a bit too hard on the beginning with the big climbs so this had a bit of consequence on the run where the hot conditions made it even tougher but he was able to find their pace and still run pretty close to planned pace. Next one is in Elsinore where flat routes will make more benefit to him.

Betina Schmidt – 3:28:39.  4.overall in age group, 11. of all age groupers. Betina decided to do the race in last minute as a prep for Ironman Frankfurt this summre. Result = she is on the right track!
Holger Ehlers – 3:11:18. Holger was racing the Open race ans was 11th Overall. Had a really fast first 10 km, faster than expected but not had best legs on the bike, perhaps the extra effort en the run had a bit of negative effect on the bike but all in all a good quality session banked and keep working towards real goals of the season 🙂
